maliAERO is the culmination of an entire career in aviation. Murray, our founder, has served in a multitude of roles, from aircraft maintenance technician to an FAA international air carrier principal maintenance inspector, to leading policy development and regulatory oversight as a senior FAA and industry leader. It only made sense to use this wealth of experience to create maliAERO and share this knowledge with others, guiding them through the complexities of aviation regulatory standards.

 

 

The name maliAERO isn't random. During a business trip to China, an MRO supervisory staff member noted Murray's professionalism and firm-but-fair oversight methods. He honored him with the Mandarin name  马力 (Mǎlì), which translates to "horsepower."  From then on, Murray's bilingual business card contained 马力 as his first name. With his international aviation relationships, regulatory network, and love for aviation, maliAERO was born.
